Director of Advancement Ursuline Academy

Ursuline Academy of New Orleans seeks a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Director of Institutional Advancement. The Director provides vision, leadership, and oversight for all areas of Institutional Advancement, inclusive of Development, Enrollment Management, Alumnae Relations, and Communications/Marketing. This position ensures alignment across these functions to advance Ursuline’s mission, increase philanthropic support, strengthen enrollment, and elevate the visibility and reputation of the Academy.
The Director is responsible for developing and executing school-wide strategies for individual, corporate, and foundation fundraising; leading and supervising enrollment growth strategies; expanding alumnae engagement; and overseeing branding, messaging, marketing, and internal/external communications. The Director solicits and stewards major gifts (including Capital Campaign gifts), manages departmental staff, and guides the integration of advancement initiatives with institutional priorities.
As a member of the Administrative Team, the Director of Institutional Advancement reports directly to the President and collaborates closely with school leadership to support strategic planning and organizational goals.
