St. Francis Xavier Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Middle School (5th-7th) Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 School Year. Key Responsibilities
- Faith Integration: Incorporate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons and classroom life, fostering a love for Christ and the Church.
- Academic Excellence: Design and implement instruction that is engaging, meets the diverse needs of students, ensures a high standard of quality, Christ-centered education, and assesses student progress for both standard and accelerated classes.
- Whole-Child Development: Support the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth of every student.
- Communication Skills: Maintain proactive and positive communication with parents to strengthen the bond between the home and the school community and collaborate well with colleagues.
- Classroom Management: Create a safe, disciplined, and joyful learning environment rooted in mutual respect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Commitment to professional growth and collaboration
- Math teaching experience preferred
