Associate Director of Recruitment and Outreach
Ursuline Academy of New Orleans seeks a full-time, experienced event planner and customer service
expert to serve as Associate Director of Recruitment and Outreach. This person is responsible for the
planning and execution of student-centered recruitment events, both on and off campus.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree
● 3-5 years' experience in education, event planning, and/or customer service
Preferred Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in the field of education, particularly in enrollment, admissions, or
educational / student data systems
● Experience with Blackbaud and/or similar student data systems
● Experience with Microsoft and Google Office Suites
