St. Dominic School, located in the Lakeview area of New Orleans, is seeking qualified candidates to serve primarily as the lower school counselor (grades PK through 2nd) for the 2025-2026 School Year. Successful candidates will partner and collaborate with grade-level teachers and the upper school counselor (grades 3-7) to support all students as appropriate. Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications/skills:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited university
- Up to date Louisiana license/Board certified in Counseling or Social Work (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW)
- Practicing Catholic and/or committed to upholding the teachings of the Catholic faith Experience is preferred but not necessary for hiring
