Now Hiring: School Counselor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and student-centered School Counselor to join our team. This position may be filled as either part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability and school needs.
Position Summary
The School Counselor supports the academic, social, and emotional development of students by providing counseling services, collaborating with staff and families, and implementing programs that promote student well-being and success.
Responsibilities

Provide individual and small-group counseling to students

Support students with goal setting, and problem-solving

Assist students in developing social-emotional and coping skills
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs

Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate referrals when necessary

Maintain accurate and confidential student records

Participate in school meetings, student support teams, and professional development
Qualifications

Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff

Valid state licensure as a School Counselor or LPC preferred

Experience in a school setting preferred

Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience and employment status (part-time or full-time).
