St. Louis King of France Catholic School is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable & Purchasing Coordinator to join our school team. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of the school by welcoming families and visitors, providing administrative support, and managing purchasing and accounts payable.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple responsibilities, and committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or school office setting is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
